Two Classes To Choose From:
Saturdays: 9:30am – 10:30am
This class fuses hypnotic rhythms with easy to flow dance and fitness moves. This dynamic fitness program will blow you away with its infectious rhythms and makes a party of exercise!
Tuesdays: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
This class is Zumba and Zumba Toning with lightweight toning sticks (optional) working the upper body, then dancing and Pilates based exercises to work abs, legs & glutes. Bring a mat!
